Magic Numbers

Well this is my third post today!! I'm on fire hehe. Have just spent a lot of time blog hopping and had a fantastic time visiting some wonderful blogs out there and seeing some stunning creations.

I never thought I would use this card in a challenge, but I was keen to support Alison, who's blog I have followed for a while, she has been asked to be a guest designer at Charisma Cardz. So over I popped to see what their challenge is for this week and you guessed it they want a card with numbers on :) I gave this card to my nephew the other week for his birthday, took me forever to come up with it as I just didn't know what to make for an 18 year old boy ( I have 7 nephews and 3 sons, so I think this card design will keep reappearing - hehe). I used Word to make the 18 template to cut the edge of the card and used silver peel offs and silver stars that I have had forever.

Anyway I think that has got to be enough blogging for one night, time for bed :)

** Edited - Thanks to Alison, I'm going to enter this card into another couple of challenges, don't know how she finds them all! hehe

Allsorts - Male/Boy
Creative Card Crew - For men

Wow! You have been a busy bunny! I love them all and especially love what you have done for the 18 card. I too always have a problem with men's cards. This is FAB!!

Great card Suzilou :) Did you have to grab it back from your nephew? lol :D

You are right, its a classic theme for a male card and I just dont like making them at all! (bah!) but black and white, with just a simple design hits the mark perfectly. Great idea to print out your own numbers and edge the card with them. I too have boxes of peel-offs collecting dust, I'm just hoping that one day they are back in fashion! ;) tee hee.

Allsorts challenge blog has a male theme this week, and Creative Card Crew too (linky on my blog)

Good luck and have a great week
